About Li-Shann Durst
Attorney Li-Shann Durst has dedicated her career to helping families navigate the most personal and challenging legal matters with clarity, compassion, and respect. She advises clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, and property division.
With a background in finance and over 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Durst brings both practical insight and legal expertise to her work. She has negotiated settlements, drafted marital agreements, and represented clients in court hearings, but her focus is on resolving disputes outside of court whenever possible.
Drawing on training in mediation, negotiation, and collaborative law, Ms. Durst helps clients avoid the expense and conflict of litigation while prioritizing sustainable, family-centered outcomes.
